Activity Logs

Overview

Activity Logs are a crucial feature in Mockitt for recording team activities and operations. They provide a detailed record of various actions taken during the collaboration process, including:

• Team member changes
• Team information changes
• Team permission changes
• Team file changes

Through Operation Logs, you can clearly understand which account performed specific operations. This feature helps Workspace Administrators track activities, ensuring transparency and security within the team.

Viewing Operation Logs helps you quickly identify changes in the team, trace abnormal activities, and take appropriate measures when necessary. It is an essential tool for team auditing and compliance.

Currently, only the Workspace Owner and Super Administrators can access Operation Logs.

View Activity Logs

After logging in, the Workspace Owner or Super Administrator can click Workspace Settings in the left sidebar of the Workspace.

On the settings page, select the Activity Logs tab to view the records.

Operation Logs offer convenient query and export functions:

Query Logs

• By Time: Select a specific time range to view all operation records within that period.
• By Operation Type: Filter logs based on the type of action, such as file creation, editing, deletion, or permission changes.
• By Account: Enter a specific account name or email to view all operations performed by that user. This is useful for tracking individual member activities.

Export Logs

• Export: Mockitt supports exporting operation logs as files for offline analysis and record-keeping. When exporting, the current query filters (time range, type, account) will be applied to the generated file.

Note: Operation Logs are available only for Enterprise Plan users.
