Enterprise Collaboration FAQs

If I remove a member from the Enterprise, will their projects disappear?

Projects created within the Enterprise belong to the Enterprise Workspace. Therefore, removing a member will not delete the projects they created or moved into the workspace; the projects will remain.

Will leaving an Enterprise affect my personal projects?

No. Personal projects and Enterprise projects are independent. Leaving an Enterprise Workspace will not affect the projects stored in your personal space.

How do I edit a project sent by someone else?

To edit another user's project, you must collaborate within the same Enterprise Workspace. There are two ways to achieve this:

  1. If the other user is on a paid Enterprise plan, they can invite you to join their Enterprise. Once joined, you can edit projects within that Enterprise.
  2. If you are on a paid Enterprise plan, you can invite the other user to your Enterprise. They can then move their personal projects into your Enterprise Workspace for collaboration.

How do I switch from an Enterprise Plan to a Team Plan?

If your Workspace is currently on an Enterprise Plan and you wish to renew as a Team Plan, you must meet the following conditions:

If you exceed these limits, please reduce the number of collaborators and projects before attempting to switch.

Unable to invite new members after removing a member?

If you need to remove an Enterprise member to free up a seat for a new member, you must do so in the Member Management section of the Enterprise settings. Simply removing a user from a specific project group does not remove them from the Enterprise organization.
