Mockitt provides convenient team communication and collaboration features designed to facilitate information exchange, project cooperation, and workflow synergy among team members.
With Mockitt, you can achieve:
Different plans (Free, Team, and Enterprise) offer different feature sets. For details, please check the Plan Comparison.
A Team is a dedicated space for Enterprise users. Unlike the Personal Workspace where collaboration is limited, the Enterprise Owner can create multiple Teams. Each Team can have specific members and permissions, allowing for flexible management of different files or work content. This helps team members communicate, collaborate, and manage files efficiently.
Key Features:
Mockitt supports Multi-person Co-editing. Collaborators must be members of the same Team. This feature fosters collaboration, allowing members to share, edit, and discuss files simultaneously to improve efficiency.
Use Cases:
To improve review efficiency at a lower cost and with higher security, Mockitt offers the Reviewer seat in addition to standard Collaborators. This role is available for Free, Team, and Enterprise plans.
Unlike Collaborators, Reviewers cannot edit files. They are designed strictly for the team's review and feedback needs.
Reviewer seats are generally lower in cost compared to Collaborator seats, allowing you to allocate responsibilities reasonably and save on team costs.
Reviewer permissions work in two ways:
When conducting requirements or design reviews, if a file link is shared with the permission "Team Members Only," Reviewers can view and comment directly.
If you add a Reviewer to a specific file and set their permission to Can View, the Reviewer can preview that team file in their Workspace.
The Assets is a shared collaborative space. All assets within it can be used across Enterprise files, allowing members to quickly reuse the team's design standards.
You can update the Team Library at any time. Changes are saved permanently, so you never have to worry about synchronization issues.
