Interaction Links Not Clickable
If you cannot click an interaction link, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Layer Issue: Select the component containing the link and click Bring to Front. Then, try clicking it again.
- Data Issue: If bringing the component to the front does not work, please contact our support team.

Hotspots Not Clickable
If a specific link area (Hotspot) is not working, check the following:
- Fixed Position: The hotspot might be set to "Fixed when scrolling," causing it to be unclickable in the preview. Check the Appearance panel on the right to see if this setting is enabled.
- Layer Issue: The hotspot might be covered by another layer. Select the hotspot and click Bring to Front in the top toolbar.

Share Link Not Working
If a share link cannot be opened, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The file owner has generated a new share link, rendering the old one invalid. Please ask the owner to copy the new link from the Share panel.
- The file has been deleted or moved. Please ask the owner to confirm the file's status.
- The file permission is set to "Enterprise members only." The owner needs to change the settings in the Share menu.
- The file is password-protected.
Interaction Links Not Visible
If interaction links (visual indicators) are not showing in the editor, please check your Preferences.
Go to the Menu (top-left corner) > Preferences, and ensure the option to show interaction links is enabled.
Other FAQs
Why do I see other people's avatars in the top right corner?
This indicates that you have shared the file link, and others are currently viewing the file.
The page size in the presentation does not match the actual design.
Adjust your page dimensions to match the selected device size to resolve this.
How do I show the device frame?
Click on a blank area of the canvas. In the Canvas Settings on the right panel, select the desired device to display its frame.
