Account Deletion & Recovery

Delete Account

  1. Go to Settings Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the Workspace, then select Account Settings.

  2. Request Deletion In the Account Settings page, find the Delete Account option to proceed.

Please Note: If your account includes any paid subscriptions (such as Team or Enterprise plans), you must contact customer support before deleting your account to ensure your rights are protected. Please send an email to support@mockitt.com.

Recover a Lost Account

If you have forgotten your Mockitt account details, we suggest sending an email to our official support team. We will help you retrieve it based on the information provided.

Transfer Account Ownership

You can transfer an account by updating the email address associated with it. Here is how to do it:

If you entered the wrong email address during registration, you can correct it in Account Settings. Please refer to the guide below: [Change Email Address]. If you entered the wrong email and forgot your password, please use the correct email address (the one you intended to use) to send an email to our support team. We will verify your identity and help you reset the password so you can correct the email.

1. I logged into my account on someone else's computer. How do I log out remotely?

If you need to log out from another device, simply change your password. Once changed, your account will be automatically logged out from that device.
