If the file status remains stuck on "Copying" for a long time, it may be caused by network connectivity or browser cache issues. Please try refreshing the page to see if the duplicate file has appeared.
If the file still does not appear, please contact our support team.

Unable to Copy Files
If you are completely unable to copy a file, please report the issue to our support team for investigation.

Slow Copying Speed
If copying a file takes a long time, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Network Environment: If you are using a VPN or network proxy, please turn it off completely and try again. Alternatively, try switching to a different network connection.
- File Size: If your project contains a large number of pages or heavy data, the copying process will naturally take longer to complete.
