404 Error or Disconnection During Editing

If you encounter a 404 error when opening a page or experience automatic network disconnection while editing, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

First, we recommend consulting your company's IT department or network administrator to check for any local network issues.

If you are unable to resolve the issue internally, please contact Mockitt online support and provide the following information:

Please open your browser's Developer Tools (Console) and collect error information.

  1. Open the Console tab and check for red error messages.
  2. Open the Network tab and check for failed requests.
