You can use the shortcut Ctrl + N to open a new browser window. This allows you to open and work on multiple files at the same time.
Note: Please do not open the same file in multiple windows or tabs simultaneously. This may cause data synchronization issues and affect the saving of your work.
When you lock a file, it is moved to the Locked file list. You can find the "Locked" option in the top navigation bar of the Workspace page. Click it to view your locked files.
If you need to unlock a file, find it in the locked file list and click the Unlock button.
If you cannot click the Locked button, it may be due to a browser compatibility issue. We recommend using Google Chrome.
If you see a different number of files on different devices, it is likely because you are logged into a different Workspace.
Please ensure you are logged into the correct Workspace where your files are stored. You can switch Workspaces at the bottom left of the Workspace sidebar.
