Export Issues

HTML Export Issues

If you are unable to export HTML, there may be several reasons. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Report the Issue via Email: If you encounter difficulties exporting HTML, please contact our support team.

    • Recipient: support@mockitt.com
    • Subject: HTML Export Issue
    • Email Content:
      1. Specific behavior of the issue (e.g., stuck at a certain percentage, "unsaved" prompt, etc.)
      2. Screenshot of the issue
      3. Browser version and operating system
      4. Does this happen with a specific file or all files? (If specific, please provide the file share link; if all files, please provide your Mockitt account email)
  2. Check Browser Compatibility: HTML export issues may sometimes be caused by browser compatibility. We recommend trying again using Google Chrome.

  3. Re-export: If the downloaded HTML zip file is corrupted or cannot be opened, please try exporting a fresh HTML zip file from Mockitt.

PNG Export Issues

If you cannot export PNG files, please report the issue to our official support team.

Incomplete PNG Export

If exported PNG images appear incomplete, please check the layer positioning to ensure all elements are located within the page boundaries.

If all elements are correctly placed but the exported image is still incomplete, please email us.

APK Export Issues

If you encounter issues exporting an APK file, please report it to our support team.
