Unable to Open Mockitt

If you are unable to access or open Mockitt, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Unable to Connect to Server

  1. Network Instability: Sometimes, local network instability can prevent the connection to the server. Please try accessing the Mockitt web version using a browser (Google Chrome is recommended). If it opens normally, the issue may have been temporary.

  2. VPN or Proxy Issues: If you are using a network proxy or VPN, please turn it off completely and try accessing Mockitt again.

  3. Network Settings: Try changing your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 (Google Public DNS) to resolve potential connection issues.

Stuck on the Loading Screen

If the page gets stuck on the "Loading" interface, it may be caused by a browser cache issue. Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then refresh the page.

Stuck on the "Welcome Back" Screen

If Mockitt gets stuck on the "Welcome Back" interface, it is likely due to a network connection issue. You can try the following solutions:

  1. Switch Networks: Try connecting to a different network, such as using a mobile hotspot, to see if you can access Mockitt normally.

  2. Disable VPN: If you are using a VPN or proxy, please turn it off completely and reload the page.

"This Site Can't Be Reached" Error

If your browser shows a "This site can't be reached" error, it indicates a network connection problem.

  1. Disable VPN: If you are using a VPN, we recommend turning it off completely before accessing Mockitt.

  2. Switch Networks: If the issue is not caused by a proxy, try switching to another network or connecting your computer to a mobile hotspot to check if you can access the website.

DNS Resolution Issues

Sometimes Mockitt cannot be opened due to incorrect DNS resolution or DNS hijacking. You can try manually setting your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 in your computer's network settings.
