Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement is designed to provide information about how the MockingBot website collects and uses personal information about you (“Information”). This Agreement applies to the collection, use, disclosure, processing and protection of your personal information when you use our website and other online products and services, or any other personal information you have in contact with us. If there is a specific privacy policy for the relevant products or services, the privacy policy of such products or services shall be subject to such special privacy policies. Under this Agreement, “Personal Information” refers to the information itself or the data that can identify a specific individual after contacting with other personal information MockingBot can access, including your name, address, ID card number, phone number, Email address, account number and password, time and place for users to use the service, etc. We know full well the importance of Personal Information to you, and will do our best to protect your Personal Information, and will take appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information. We abide by the following principles to protect your Personal Information: the principle of power and responsibility consistent, the principle of clear purpose, the principle of alternative consent, the principle of minimum adequacy, the principle of ensuring security, the principle of subject participation, the principle of publicity and transparency, and so on. In order to create a more secure network environment for you, we formulate this privacy policy in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Cyber Security Law of the people's Republic of China.
Using MockingBot products and services, it means that you have read, acknowledged, and accepted all the terms described in this Agreement, including any changes we make at any time. We undertake to protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of your Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws.
We may change this Agreement. If there is any change, we will notify you through website announcement, in product notice, etc. Please check carefully. If you continue to log on to the website or use products or services, you will be deemed to have received the changed privacy agreement.
Before using the Mockingbot service, we hope you will read this Agreement carefully to understand our processing of the collected information and our protection of your privacy. Log information (we record all log information when you use the product, including browser information, time of use, web pages visited, IP address, source, etc.).
The content you create, publish, send, receive and share in using MockingBot web pages, desktop products, and mobile products.
We will deploy statistical analysis tools in the products or services provided to collect some data. For example: access, click, load and other data.

- Sending technical notifications, system updates, security warnings, support and management information;

The above information you provide will continue to authorize us to use this service during your use of this service. When you log out of your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.
You agree that we may use your information in good faith without your consent when it is necessary to perform our legal obligations, protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, and resolve disputes.
We will ask your consent in advance when we use the information for other purposes not specified in this agreement.
2. How Do We Use Cookie
To ensure the proper operation of the website and improve your experience, we will store a small data file named Cookie on your computer or mobile device. 3. Information Sharing, Transfer And Disclosure
We will share, transfer and disclose your relevant information under the following circumstances and other circumstances described in this Agreement:
A. Sharing: We develop and provide collaboration tools, and hope that they will better help you with your work. This also means that we will share the collected information through services or third parties. We will share the information we have collected about you in the following ways:We will share your Personal Information with other parties with your express consent.
We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, or in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the competent government departments.
Share With Other Users In The Service
- 1. Collaboration: you can create tasks or other content that contain your information and add access granted to others or permission to share, edit, copy, download, and comment. When you share or interact with specific content, some collaboration features of the service display some or all of your profile information to other service users. Note that some tasks or projects can be made public within the enterprise, which means that anything posted on the project (including information about you) can be publicly viewed. You can check your project settings at any time to confirm whether a particular project is exposed within the enterprise.
- 2. Forum Community: our website provides publicly accessible forums. Any information you provide on the site, including personal information related to the account used to publish the information, may be read, collected and used by any member of the public who visits the site. Even if you terminate your account, your posts and some profile information may be retained. We recommend that you consider the security and privacy of this information when entering it.

In order to do business smoothly and provide you with the full functionality of our products and services, we may from time to time share your Personal Information with our third-party service providers (our data centers, data storage facilities, customer service providers, promotion service providers, distributors, channels, agents representing MockingBot, communications, social media, technology or cloud business, etc., collectively referred to as "Third-party Service Providers"). Such Third-party Service Providers may save, process and use your Personal Information on behalf of MockingBot or for one or more of the above items. If you no longer wish to allow us to share this information, please contact us by email to support@modao.cc, you are aware that failure to share this information may result in your inability to use all or part of the features of MockingBot products and services, and you voluntarily bear the risks and losses incurred as a result.
- 2. Authorized partners for advertising and analysis services. Unless we have your permission, we will not share your personally identifiable information (information that can identify you, such as your name or email address, through which you can be contacted or identified) with partners providing advertising and analytical services. We will provide these partners with information about the coverage and effectiveness of their ads, rather than your personally identifiable information, or we will aggregate this information so that it does not identify you personally. For example, only after advertisers agree to abide by our guidelines for advertising can we tell advertisers how effective their ads are, or how many people have seen their ads or installed apps after seeing them, or provide these partners with unidentifiable demographic information (such as "25-year-old male in Beijing who likes software development") to help them understand their audience or customers.
- 3. Links to third-party websites: services may contain links to other websites or services whose privacy practices may be different from ours. It is important to note that the information you use and submit to any third-party website is subject to its privacy policy and not to this Agreement.
We strongly recommend that you shall take the time to read the third party's privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third parties use the Personal Information they collect from you, nor can we control their use. Our Privacy Agreement does not apply to other sites linked through our service.
Sharing of De-identification Personal InformationWe may also share statistical or de-identification Personal Information.
B. Transfer: We will not transfer your Personal Information to any company, organization, or individual, except as follows:- 1. Transfer with your express consent: with your express consent, we will transfer your Personal Information to other parties;
- 2. When it comes to mergers, acquisitions or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of Personal Information, we will require new companies and organizations that hold your Personal Information to continue to be bound by this privacy agreement, otherwise we will ask the company or organization to re-seek authorization from you.
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:

You acknowledge and agree that we can share, transfer and publicly disclose Personal Information without your prior authorization under the following circumstances:

- 2. Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
- 3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
- 4. In order to protect your or other personal life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to get my consent;
- 5. The personal information that you disclose to the public on your own;
- 6. personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
4. Social Media Sharing Function
Our services may provide social sharing functions or other integration tools, we support sharing information to other media within the MockingBot, and we also allow other information to be shared to the MockingBot. These features depend on your settings in the social sharing feature, which allows you to share information with friends or the public. 5. Safety
MockingBot will take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, theft and so on.
Our website uses "SSL" to protect user information. When you enter our website and enter your name, email and other personal information by using a browser that supports security, the information will be transmitted to our server and automatically encrypted during the server transmission and reception. So if the transmitted data is intercepted by a third party, there is no need to worry that the content will be stolen.
If you are using a browser that does not support "SSL", you will be prevented from opening our website and entering information.
MockingBot uses AWS CVM to ensure the security of your data.
We will take all feasible measures to protect your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not always safe, so we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information during two-way transmission over the Internet.
6. Your Rights
You can log in to your account at any time to access, update, modify, delete your information or modify your profile, billing details, etc. You can also apply for cancellation of your account by sending an email to the official MockingBot. Please note, however, that we may retain some of your information in accordance with the law or within the legitimate business scope. We may also keep the information about you in the cache for a short time. We may also keep your cache or archived copy of your information for a period of time.

A. Access your Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information, except in special cases prescribed by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise data access, you can access it yourself in the following ways:
Account information: if you want to access or edit profile and payment information in your account, change your password, add security information or close your account, you can do so by accessing the account management function of our products or services.
If you do not have access to this information through the above functional modules, you can send an email to support@modao.cc at any time. We will reply and process your visit request within 15 working days.
As long as we do not need to put into too much, we will provide you with other personal information generated during the use of our products or services. If you want to exercise data access, please send an email to support@modao.cc.

B. Correct Your Personal Information
When you find that there is an error in the Personal Information we have processed about you, you have the right to ask us to correct it. You can apply for a correction in the manner described in "Accessing Your Personal Information" above.
If you are unable to correct this Personal Information in the above way, you can send an email to support@modao.cc at any time. We will reply and process your correction request within 15 working days.

C. Delete Your Personal Information
You can make a request to us to delete your Personal Information in the following situations:
- 1. If we deal with Personal Information in violation of laws and regulations;
- 2. If we collect and use your Personal Information without your consent;
- 3. If our handling of personal information violates our agreement with you;
- 4. If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account;
- 5. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
After you delete the information from our service, we may not delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.

D. Respond To Your Request
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
In principle, we do not charge for your reasonable request, but for requests that are repeated many times and exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are repeated for no reason, require too much technical means, pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very unrealistic.
In the following cases, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:
- 1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
- 2. Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
- 3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
- 4. There is sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of power;
- 5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
- 6. Involving trade secrets.
7. Other Important Privacy Policies
Our products are for personal and organizational use, and when services are provided to you through an organization, such as your employer, the organization is the administrator of the service and is responsible for the end users and service sites over which it has control. If this is the case, please submit your data privacy requirements to your administrator because your use of the service is subject to the organization's policy. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of the administrators' organization, which may be inconsistent with this Agreement. Project creators, folder administrators, and enterprise administrators can restrict your access and permissions to projects, folders, and enterprises. The data you create in the enterprise is owned by the enterprise.
In some cases, enterprise administrators can also:
- Restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the service or your account;
- Control your ability to edit, restrict, modify or delete account information;
- Change your account information, including enterprise member information or email address related to your account;
- Access the information in your account;
- Turn on or off third-party applications.
If you do not want the administrator to be able to control your account or use the service, you can exit the enterprise, folder, project, and delete any email messages from your account that contain domains owned or controlled by the administrator. Once your administrator declares control over your account or the use of services, you may not be able to change the email address associated with your account without your administrator's approval.

8. European Privacy Rights
This article applies only to European residents. We will collect and process your information according to General Data Protection Regulation. The legal basis is based on the purpose for which we use your personal information, that is, we will only collect and use your information in the following situations:

9. Minor

MockingBot will not seek or attempt to receive any Personal Information from minors. If the parent or guardian has reason to believe that the minor has submitted Personal Information to MockingBot without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that such Personal Information is deleted and that the minor cancels any applicable MockingBot products or services.
10. How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Around The World
MockingBot is headquartered in the People's Republic of China (“China”). In principle, the personal information we collect and generate within the territory of China will be stored in the territory of China.
Since we provide products or services through resources and servers around the world, that means that with your authorized consent, your Personal Information may be transferred to or accessed from outside the jurisdiction of the country in which you use the product or service.
Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws or even no relevant laws. In this case, we will ensure that your Personal Information is given adequate and equal protection within the territory of China. For example, we may ask for your consent to cross-border transfer of Personal Information, or to implement security measures such as data de-identification prior to cross-border data transfer.
You agree that by accessing or using this product or service or providing information to us, you have agreed to the processing and transmission of your information in China and overseas jurisdictions.
